Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply visit our website kinglyglobal.com add your product to the shopping cart and follow payment instructions or through our different apps SHOP, TIKTOK. You can also send us an email requesting the product of your interest and we can give you the different ordering and paying options available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, and other secure payment methods such as APPLE PAY, PAYPAL, SHOP, AMEX and more. For large transactions, please contact our finance team for guidance.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Kingly Global Only ships products in the USA (not including Alaska, Hawaii, AP, AE, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, U.S.Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, United States Minor Outlying Islands, The United States Miscellaneous Pacific Islands, The Republic of Marshall Islands,Northern Mariana).

How long will my shipping take to be delivered?

Typically and average shipping time will take between 3-5 business days after placing your order perhaps shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on location and could defer depending on weather and other situations to consider. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with instructions on how to track your shipment.
