How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website kinglyglobal.com add your product to the shopping cart and follow payment instructions or through our different apps SHOP, TIKTOK. You can also send us an email requesting the product of your interest and we can give you the different ordering and paying options available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, and other secure payment methods such as APPLE PAY, PAYPAL, SHOP, AMEX and more. For large transactions, please contact our finance team for guidance.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Kingly Global Only ships products in the USA (not including Alaska, Hawaii, AP, AE, Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, U.S.Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, United States Minor Outlying Islands, The United States Miscellaneous Pacific Islands, The Republic of Marshall Islands,Northern Mariana).
How long will my shipping take to be delivered?
Our products are already in US factories and warehouses and typically takes and average shipping time between 2-5 business days after placing your order perhaps shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on location and could defer depending on weather and other situations to consider.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with instructions on how to track your shipment.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided items are unused and in original condition. Please read our Return Policy for more details.

Toddler Trampoline Safety
What age are your toddler trampolines designed for?
Age guidance varies by model. Our 28" and 36" toddler trampolines with handles are listed by the manufacturer for ages 1 and up (the 36" model for ages 1–6), and our foldable 48" children's trampoline is listed for ages 3–7. Always follow the age range on the product page and in the included manual.
What's the weight limit?
The 28" toddler trampoline supports up to 55 lbs (25 kg), and the 36" mini trampoline supports up to 150 lbs. Don't exceed the limit for your model, and allow only one child on the trampoline at a time.
Can I use it indoors and outdoors?
Yes, these models are listed for indoor and outdoor use. Set it on a flat, level surface with plenty of clear space around it, away from furniture, walls, and other hard objects. Outdoors, avoid wet or windy conditions, and bring it inside when not in use to help it last longer.
Does my child need supervision?
Yes. An adult should actively supervise at all times. Keep to one jumper at a time, no flips or somersaults, and check the frame, handle, and mat for wear before each use.
When should I choose a different play option?
Consider something else if your child is outside the model's age or weight range, or if an adult can't supervise. The American Academy of Pediatrics discourages recreational home trampoline use, so if you have questions about your child's development or health, talk with your pediatrician before purchasing.
