Refund & Return Policy

At Kingly Global, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item qualifies.

Include original packaging

Be returned with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
